Alterations, Remakes, Returns

Our Fit Promise covers all orders and includes free remakes or reimbursement for local alterations. Additionally, on your FIRST Sartoro garment order, if you are not satisfied and do not wish to proceed with alterations, you may return the garments for a full refund of the garment purchase price.

Multiple Garments in First Orders

If you order multiple vests in your first Sartoro order, we will make one vest first to confirm the fit. This helps avoid waste if adjustments are needed. Once you receive the first garment, email us to let us know how it fits. Production of the rest of your order will then be expedited. If you need all garments sent at the same time, you are still covered by our Fit Promise but are not eligible for first order returns.
