How Our Fit Analysis Works
Once you've created your Fit Profile and placed your order, our experts review and analyze the data before proceeding to production. We compare the information and output against thousands of historical orders, industry averages and our AI results.
If anything doesn't look right or we think there may have been a mistake with one or more of your inputs, a member of our team will reach out to reconfirm or collect more information.

Covered Alterations
Need minor changes? Take the garment to any dry cleaner or local tailor in your area to have the changes made. Collect an itemized receipt, and we'll reimburse you up to the covered limits.
Free Garment Remakes
Something way off? It's rare but it happens. We'll remake the garment with the necessary changes at no cost to you and have it at your door within two weeks or sooner as needed.
Auto Fit Profile Updates
Whenever alterations or a remake are made, we'll update your Fit Profile on our end and apply the adjustments to all future orders.

Shop risk free -- if you aren't satisfied with your first Sartoro order due to a fit issue and don't want to have it resolved, send it back for a refund. Terms & conditions apply.

What is the Digital Tailor?
The Digital Tailor is Sartoro's proprietary personalized sizing tool for creating your Fit Profile and garment measurements; allowing you to build your unique size and fit profile in just a few clicks.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and do not wish to proceed with alterations or a remake, your first order may be returned for a refund. You must notify us within 15 days receipt of your order to be eligible for a return. Refunds include all costs exclusive of any initial shipping fees and additional cost customizations.
Special orders (custom fabric sourcing, custom printed lining, women's clothing or garments made for female body types) are not eligible for returns, but are covered by the rest of our Fit Promise. View our Alterations & Returns Policy for full details.
What garments does this work for?
The Fit Profile you create with the Digital Tailor is used for any and all Sartoro garments you purchase.
Do I have to pay for my return?
No. Sartoro will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once received and verified in new condition, you will be refunded the cost of your order, excluding only any initial shipping fees and additional cost customizations if applicable.
How long does it take to create?
The Digital Tailor only takes a couple minutes to complete, but if you decide to complete self measurements or measure a garment, plan for 10-15 minutes.
Can I get help making my profile?
Absolutely. We offer virtual consultations where a member of our team can answer any of your questions and help with the creation of your Fit Profile through the Digital Tailor.

Do I need to measure myself?
Most customers do not need to self measure to get a great fit. If you are exceptionally tall, large (BMI 35+), have a unique shape or have specific fit preferences, then we suggest following the self measurement tutorial or measuring a reference garment.
How do I maximize fit accuracy?
The more information you can provide the better, as long as it's accurate. Make sure the pants waist size, jacket size and any other optional inputs are correct. Inaccurate answers are the leading cause of fit issues.
We also highly recommend adding the optional photos at the end of the process. The additional visual for our tailors accompanying the measurement profile further increases fit precision.
What if I measure incorrectly?
Every Fit Profile is thoroughly checked and analyzed before garments are sent to production. We leverage ai, historical customer data points and a robust internal analysis tool to identify any potential issues or inaccuracies.
If we think something isn't right, a member of our team will reach out to reconfirm your inputs or request additional information.
Is this for women / female body types?
At this time, Sartoro’s sizing and fit technology is optimized for men, though we do accept orders for women and female body types. You should still complete the Digital Tailor, and we’ll contact you after ordering to collect additional measurements.
We’ll work with you to resolve any fit issues, but our standard returns policy currently applies only to garments made for male body types; garments cut for female body types are not eligible for returns. We plan to expand our sizing technology and offerings for women in the future and will share updates as they become available.
