Fit Profile Review
Our master tailors review the measurements for each order. Our Digital Tailor has industry leading precision, but in certain circumstances we will reach out if anything needs to be reconfirmed, and may request you submit photos to help our tailors nail your fit right out of the box.

Pattern Making
Once approved, our master cutter uses the measurement profile to craft a one-of-one pattern for your suit. We never use pre-made sizes - everything is always chalked and cut to the customers unique body shape and size.

Garments Sewn
The patterns and materials are handed off to one of our expert tailors to craft the suit. We employ traditional sartorial techniques - no corners are cut. We use natural horsehair canvas - never fused - lightweight, layered shoulder pads and elegant breathable linings for garments that are not just great looking, but comfortable to wear as well.

Quality Control
Finished garments undergo a rigorous 50-point quality inspection. Measurements are reviewed, customizations are validated and manufacturing quality is tested on all the seams. This ensures your garment fits great and lasts wear after wear for years to come.

Press & Finalize
In the final step before shipment, loose threads are removed and the garment is pressed to help minimize wrinkles during shipment. Lapels are naturally rolled for a premium appearance and button holes are cut.

Package & Ship
Finally, garments are carefully packed into suit bags on wide hangers to maintain shoulder shape, then boxed for shipment the following day. You'l have your custom suit just 3 weeks after order date.
