What To Expect With Shipping & Tracking
What To Expect
Tracking numbers are added as soon as received and you will receive an automated email confirming.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Orders with standard shipping arrive within three weeks of order date. Garments are shipped 13-17 days after order date, depending on the carrier.
PRIORITY SHIPPING
Orders with priority shipping arrive within two weeks of order date. Garments are shipped 5-10 days after order date, depending on the carrier.
SWATCH BOOK SETS
Swatch book sets are premade and should arrive within 2-4 days. You should receive a tracking number within 2 days of order date.
CUSTOM SWATCH BOOKS
Custom swatch books are made to order in our facilities and arrive in 2-3 weeks. Tracking numbers are available within 5-10 days.
What Can Cause Delays
While we can't control UPS or Fedex, both are generally quite reliable with shipping speeds. If additional measurement information was requested for your order and there was a significant delay in receiving that information, your order may take longer to arrive than the stated times.
