A great suit for my wedding

My whole experience with Sartoro was exceptional, in every way. From the ease of ordering, to the high quality suit that arrived, the perfect fit when I tried it on for the first time. All of it. As a member of the wedding party, it was easy for me. I just had to follow the link that was provided, and the suit were queued up with all the selections. The original pictures that I provided weren’t the best, but the tailors worked with me to get better pictures and also accurate measurements with good instructions. The suit ended up fitting great. It was comfortable while being form fitting and not baggy.

Amazing Customer Service & Nice Suits!

The customer service was amazing. This was our first time ordering a high-end suit and it’s for our upcoming wedding. Somehow we made a mistake and our customizations didn’t come through. Luckily somebody reached out right away and we were able to clear up how we wanted the suit customized. It arrived quickly and is amazing. Quality is superb. Beautiful color. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Excellent quality & customer service

The fabric used is better than I expected. Fit was 90% accurate with only minor tailor adjustments needed. Reimbursement for the tailoring fees were applied promptly. Customer Service is excellent. Response time was less than 24 hrs. Some responses were under a hour. Definitely will be buying another suit from Sartoro again.

First of all, I'm a Mascish human and I was afraid of suit shopping. This experience was the perfect mix of not having to try anything on and getting exactly what I wanted. My groomsmen are located all over.

No problem - we're all online and can serve customers anywhere, in almost any country. There's no need to coordinate group fittings and each person can order individually from any device.

Does everyone have to order the same outfit?

Nope! There are no requirements for everyone to order the same thing, so feel free to loop in the father of the groom/bride or anyone else attending your wedding to take advantage of our group rates.

Can I make special requests or get a unique fabric?

Absolutely. Through our Sartoro Select program we can handle pretty much any request you want to throw at us, including sourcing other fabrics outside of our collection for unique needs.

 

For fit preference requests, just add details in your Fit Profile or order notes. If you'd like to explore more complex customizations, please schedule a virtual consultation.

What if the suit doesn't fit?

All orders are backed by our Fit Promise. We reimburse for alterations at your local dry cleaner or tailor, and will even remake the garment if necessary to correct any issues.

How much are group rates?

Our suits start at $469 - group rates depend on the number of people as well as what is being ordered, but typically start at a minimum of $50 off and go up from there. Our team will be able to give specific numbers on the call.

How far in advance should we order?

We ship fast (in as little as one week for rush orders) but we recommend starting the process well in advance with a target of having all the groomsmen place their orders at least two months before the wedding date to allow time for any alterations that may be needed and to account for the procrastinators in the group :-)

Can you make suits for small children?

Yes! If you have a ring bearer or other child you'd like to suit up, we are able to make kid size garments exclusively for wedding parties (and at a heavily discounted rate).

What are payment options? Can I chip in for my group?

Definitely. We offer pay over time options with Affirm and you can pay all or part of the cost on behalf of the groomsmen.
