Sartoro custom garments are based on your Fit Profile, which you can create in as little as one minute from these locations:

Our multi-faceted process includes analyzing your Fit Profile against over 4000 previous orders and millions of data points contained within our Digital Tailor's proprietary algorithm. This allows us to achieve industry leading first order fit precision.

The vast majority of first orders fit exceptionally well right out of the box. A small percentage require minor alterations that can be done at any dry cleaner or local tailor in your area. 3-5% of orders have issues that require a (free) remake - most often due to inaccurate measurement information provided during the Fit Profile creation process.

We offer three shipping options - standard, priority, and rush.

- Standard: ~3 week delivery

- Priority: 2 week delivery

- RUSH: 7-8 day delivery

Importantly, if you are ordering for an event, we highly recommend providing as much information as you can (including the optional photos) to give our tailors as much information as possible to craft you an exceptional fit.

We are proud to produce all Sartoro garments in house. Unlike many of our competitors, we don't outsource to Chinese mega factories with poor labor conditions and questionable practices.

Our garments are crafted by hand by our world class tailors in Vietnam at our own factory, boasting some of the best working conditions and wages in the area.

While we believe a custom fit is always better, we can lean on standard sizes if preferred.

When you complete the Digital Tailor (it only takes a minute), you'll have the opportunity to enter your off-the-rack jacket, pants and shirt sizes. We will leverage that information and anything else provided to craft your custom fit.

Absolutely - custom made clothing is an exception in an otherwise wasteful industry. We don't mass produce garments - every piece is made to order as the order is placed.

We try our best to minimize our carbon footprint every step of the way, from eliminating as much single-use plastic as possible, reducing the size of our shipping boxes and working with local partners to limit fabric stock on hand.
