Do the Gift Cards expire?

Nope! These custom gift cards do not have an expiry date.

Do I have to choose what garment type to gift?

Nope! All of the gift cards are for a specific amount (of your choosing). The recipient can use the gift card towards a purchase of any garments on our store.

Can I schedule delivery?

Yes! If you order today you can choose to have the Gift Card delivered instantly, scheduled for automatic delivery on a later date, or sent to you to give to the recipient at a time of your choosing.

Does this require visiting a store to use?

Nope! Sartoro is all online. The recipient can use the gift card online and easily follow our customization and sizing process. It's a breeze!

What is your return policy?

Gift cards are non-refundable but the recipient is covered by our standard Fit Promise on all orders!

Sartoro is a US startup brand founded in New York City in 2020 - but our team and operations are spread out across the globe.

Is SARTORO a sustainable brand?

Absolutely - custom made clothing is an exception in an otherwise wasteful industry. We don't mass produce garments - every piece is made to order as the order is placed.

We try our best to minimize our carbon footprint every step of the way, from eliminating as much single-use plastic as possible, reducing the size of our shipping boxes and working with local partners to limit fabric stock on hand.
