Subsequent orders of each garment type are made based off of the finished measurements used on the previous order, NOT body measurements or Fit Profile inputs. To request adjustments to the fit, either add order notes in the cart with what you’d like changed (as compared to the previously ordered garment) OR email those details to team@sartoro.co - the correct format is [AREA OF GARMENT & ADJUSTMENT NEEDED]. For example, Chest -1.0”, Midsection +1.5”, Beltline -0.75”, etc.
Except in cases of substantial changes to body composition, this method is far more precise than adjusting your existing Fit Profile or creating a new one.
You can create multiple measurement profiles, but we only recommend doing this if you are ordering for another person. Please note - only one measurement profile is able to be used per order. To order for multiple people, place separate orders using the appropriate measurement profile for each.
