Our sizing tech is industry leading - but if there's an issue with your fit, you're covered.
Only a small percentage of first orders require (typically minor) alterations.
Minor Alterations
Have your garments altered at any local dry cleaner or tailor in your area - we'll reimburse you up to the covered limits for each garment type.
Major Fit Issues
Not able to be altered? We'll work with you to identify the adjustments needed and remake the garment/s for free - delivered in two weeks.

A great suit for my wedding
My whole experience with Sartoro was exceptional, in every way. From the ease of ordering, to the high quality suit that arrived, the perfect fit when I tried it on for the first time. All of it. It was so easy, that I didn’t really trust it, and I kept an eye out for other options if the suit was funky when it arrived. I’d give 10 stars if I could. I’d give 100.

Amazing wedding tuxedo
I ordered a tuxedo, shirt and custom bow ties for my wedding this past weekend and can honestly say that it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Everything fit so well and looked incredible, plus they covered the cost for minor alterations I needed. Andy and his team are incredible, and could not recommend them more highly.

Wedding party member experience
As a member of the wedding party, it was easy for me. I just had to follow the link that was provided, and the suit were queued up with all the selections. The original pictures that I provided weren’t the best, but the tailors worked with me to get better pictures and also accurate measurements with good instructions. The suit ended up fitting great. It was comfortable while being form fitting and not baggy.

Amazing Customer Service & Nice Suits!
The customer service was amazing. This was our first time ordering a high-end suit and it’s for our upcoming wedding. Somehow we made a mistake and our customizations didn’t come through. Luckily somebody reached out right away and we were able to clear up how we wanted the suit customized. It arrived quickly and is amazing. Quality is superb. Beautiful color. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Excellent quality & customer service
The fabric used is better than I expected. Fit was 90% accurate with only minor tailor adjustments needed. Reimbursement for the tailoring fees were applied promptly. Customer Service is excellent. Response time was less than 24 hrs. Some responses were under a hour. Definitely will be buying another suit from Sartoro again.

I absolutely love my tux and the ability to work with the Sartoro team to find a custom color/fabric was a huge plus. I still look back at the wedding pics and love the way I looked in my tux. It is a great quality tuxedo that I plan to keep for the rest of my life.

Not just a men's suit company
First of all, I'm a Mascish human and I was afraid of suit shopping. This experience was the perfect mix of not having to try anything on and getting exactly what I wanted. The color is perfect and everything fits perfectly. After my initial measurements were sent in they did email me back (right away) and get additional pictures. I can't wait to wear this on my wedding day!

Common Questions
What are the alteration limits?
Our limits are typically more than enough for the standard costs of typical adjustments. We also offer double the cash back limits as store credit.

What if alterations will cost more than the covered limits?
Let us know if this will be the case before proceeding. Typically
we only see limits breached when garments are taken to an expensive tailor rather than a local dry cleaner (most alterations can be easily done by any local dry cleaner offering alteration services).
I'm not sure about the fabric color. What should I do?
If you're choosing between fabrics, we strongly encourage you to order fabric samples first. This helps reduce clothing waste by avoiding purchasing a fabric that isn't the exact color you're looking for.
Do I have to submit an itemized receipt?
Yes - you must collect an itemized receipt to be reimbursed in cash for any alterations. Without an itemized receipt, reimbursement is at the discretion of Sartoro and is limited to store credit.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and do not wish to proceed with alterations or a remake, your first order may be returned for a refund. You will be refunded for all costs exclusive of any initial shipping fees.
Special orders (custom fabric sourcing, custom printed lining, women's clothing or garments made for female body types) are not eligible for returns, but are covered by the rest of our Fit Promise.
Do I have to pay for a return?
No. Sartoro will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once received and verified in new condition, you will be refunded the cost of your order, excluding only the initial shipping fees from your order (ex. Priority or Rush shipping) if applicable.
How long do I have to submit a request for reimbursement?
You have 30 days from delivery of your order to submit an alteration reimbursement request, and ten days to submit a request for a remake or return.
Can you make clothing for women and female body types?
At this time, Sartoro specializes exclusively in menswear and our sizing and fit technology is optimized for men. Due to the additional complexity and process involved in crafting garments for female body types that we have not built into our systems yet, at this time our returns policy is limited to garments made for men and male body types. In effort to be as inclusive as possible, we do still accept orders for women or female body types and still extend our Fit Promise covering alterations and remakes for any fit issues. We will work with you to resolve any fit issues should they occur, but there are no returns on orders for female body types or where the garments are being cut for a women / female body type. We plan to expand our sizing tech and breadth of offerings to women and female types eventually and will post updates when that occurs.
