Not able to be altered? We'll work with you to identify the adjustments needed and remake the garment/s for free - delivered in two weeks.

What are the alteration limits?
Our limits are typically more than enough for the standard costs of typical adjustments. We also offer double the cash back limits as store credit.

What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and do not wish to proceed with alterations or a remake,your first order may be returned for a refund. You will be refunded for all costs exclusive of any initial shipping fees.
Special orders (custom fabric sourcing, custom printed lining, women's clothing or garments made for female body types) are not eligible for returns, but are covered by the rest of our Fit Promise.
What if alterations will cost more than the covered limits?
Let us know if this will be the case before proceeding. Typically we only see limits breached when garments are taken to an expensive tailor rather than a local dry cleaner (most alterations can be easily done by any local dry cleaner offering alteration services).
Do I have to pay for a return?
No. Sartoro will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once received and verified in new condition, you will be refunded the cost of your order, excluding only the initial shipping fees from your order (ex. Priority or Rush shipping) if applicable.
I'm not sure about the fabric color. What should I do?
If you're choosing between fabrics, we strongly encourage you to order fabric samples first. This helps reduce clothing waste by avoiding purchasing a fabric that isn't the exact color you're looking for.
How long do I have to submit a request for reimbursement?
You have 30 days from delivery of your order to submit an alteration reimbursement request, and ten days to submit a request for a remake or return.
Do I have to submit an itemized receipt?
Yes - you must collect an itemized receipt to be reimbursed in cash for any alterations. Without an itemized receipt, reimbursement is at the discretion of Sartoro and is limited to store credit.
Can you make clothing for women and female body types?
At this time, Sartoro’s sizing and fit technology is optimized for men, though we do accept orders for women and female body types. You should still complete the Digital Tailor, and we’ll contact you after ordering to collect additional measurements.
We’ll work with you to resolve any fit issues, but our standard returns policy currently applies only to garments made for male body types; garments cut for female body types are not eligible for returns. We plan to expand our sizing technology and offerings for women in the future and will share updates as they become available.
