1. General Questions

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free first order returns, so you can try our custom garments risk-free.

2. Shipping Questions

How far in advance should I order?

We recommend ordering at least one month before any event you're planning to wear the garments to. This gives ample time to have any adjustments made to the garments, should the need arise.

Can I request delivery by a specific date?

Yes, feel free to let us know in the order notes when you need the garments by and we'll do our best to accommodate. Please order the appropriate shipping option depending on your timeframe.

Can I change my shipping address?

If we have not yet shipped your garments, the address can be changed. Once the package leaves our facilities, you would need to contact the shipping provider to request an address change.

Do I have to pay import taxes or fees?

If your order is shipping to a location outside of the United States, you are responsible for paying aall duties and taxes incurred, and for providing your country's customs agency with any required paperwork they may require. SARTORO is unable to assist you with the process. We can, however,. provide you with any receipts that may be required to help get your order through customs.

 

SARTORO is unable to provide you with the exact amount of duties owing as this amount can change at any time without notice. If you would like to know an estimate of duties owing, please reach out to your local government customs agency and they will be able to advise you on the duties and taxes you will be charged importing goods from Vietnam.

3. Alterations Questions

What happens if I need adjustments to the fit?

A card comes in every package with instructions. As long as you provide a clear description and any requested photos, we'll be able to get help you resolve any issues quickly. Please do let us know of any important event dates so we can do our best to accommodate.

Do I have to return the garments to have them altered?

Nope - you can take the garments to any local tailor or dry cleaner (our recommended option) in your area to have the alterations made. Collect an itemized receipt and we'll reimburse you up to the covered limits.

I'm on a tight timeframe. What if I need a remake?

Let us know your event date in your order notes and we'll do our best to move things along quickly. If you do need a remake, we have rush shipping options available there as well. If you originally purchased rush or priority shipping, you'll automatically recieve that option for any remakes.
