My groomsmen are located all over.

No problem - we're all online and can serve customers anywhere, in almost any country. There's no need to coordinate group fittings and each person can order individually from any device.

Does everyone have to order the same outfit?

Nope! There are no requirements for everyone to order the same thing, so feel free to loop in the father of the groom/bride or anyone else attending your wedding to take advantage of our group rates.

Can I make special requests or get a unique fabric?

Absolutely. Through our Sartoro Select program we can handle pretty much any request you want to throw at us, including sourcing other fabrics outside of our collection for unique needs.

 

For fit preference requests, just add details in your Fit Profile or order notes. If you'd like to explore more complex customizations, please schedule a virtual consultation.

What if the suit doesn't fit?

All orders are backed by our Fit Promise. We reimburse for alterations at your local dry cleaner or tailor, and will even remake the garment if necessary to correct any issues.

How much are group rates?

Our suits start at $469 - group rates depend on the number of people as well as what is being ordered, but typically start at a minimum of $50 off and go up from there. Our team will be able to give specific numbers on the call.

How far in advance should we order?

We ship fast (in as little as one week for rush orders) but we recommend starting the process well in advance with a target of having all the groomsmen place their orders at least two months before the wedding date to allow time for any alterations that may be needed and to account for the procrastinators in the group :-)

Can you make suits for small children?

Yes! If you have a ring bearer or other child you'd like to suit up, we are able to make kid size garments exclusively for wedding parties (and at a heavily discounted rate).

What are payment options? Can I chip in for my group?

Definitely. We offer pay over time options with Affirm and you can pay all or part of the cost on behalf of the groomsmen.

        Standard delivery is 3 weeks. Priority 2-week and Rush 1-week service are available at checkout for an additional fee. We will contact you with any questions on your Fit Profile. Tariffs are prepaid on all U.S. orders. For orders outside of the United States, you are responsible for any applicable tariffs / import fees that may occur.

        If anything isn’t just how you’d like it to be, we cover the cost of alterations (up to approved limits) or will remake the garments if needed.

        1st Sartoro Garments

        If this is your first Sartoro order and you’re not fully satisfied — and prefer not to have any issues resolved — you may return your first set of garments received (within 14 days) for a full refund of the garment purchase price, excluding any shipping fees and additional cost customizations (e.g. lining upgrade or full canvas upgrade). See our returns policy for fully details.

        As custom-made items, they are exempt from the standard EU right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive.
