My groomsmen are located all over.
No problem - we're all online and can serve customers anywhere, in almost any country. There's no need to coordinate group fittings and each person can order individually from any device.
How much are group rates?
Our suits start at $495 - group rates depend on the number of people as well as what is being ordered, but typically start at a minimum of $70 off and go up from there. Our team will be able to give specific numbers on the call.
Does everyone have to order the same outfit?
Nope! There are no requirements for everyone to order the same thing, so feel free to loop in the father of the groom/bride or anyone else attending your wedding to take advantage of our group rates.
How far in advance should we order?
We ship fast—even in as little as one week with rush service—but we recommend getting an early start. Ideally, all groomsmen should place their orders at least three months before the wedding. This provides plenty of time for any necessary alterations and a little extra breathing room for the inevitable procrastinators in the group. :-)
However, we can accommodate wedding parties in as little as 21 days.
Can I make special requests or get a unique fabric?
Absolutely. Through our Sartoro Select program we can handle pretty much any request you want to throw at us, including sourcing other fabrics outside of our collection for unique needs.
For fit preference requests, just add details in your Fit Profile or order notes. If you'd like to explore more complex customizations, please schedule a virtual consultation.
Can you make suits for small children?
Yes! If you have a ring bearer or other child you'd like to suit up, we are able to make kid size garments exclusively for wedding parties (and at a heavily discounted rate).
What if the suit doesn't fit?
All orders are backed by our Fit Promise. We reimburse for alterations at your local dry cleaner or tailor, and will even remake the garment if necessary to correct any issues.
What are payment options? Can I chip in for my group?
We offer flexible payment options, including the ability to pay over time with Shop Pay through Affirm.
And yes! If the groom wants to cover part of the cost for his group, we make that easy. Simply prepay the amount you'd like to contribute per person, and we'll build it directly into your group code. Each groomsman will place his own order, and your contribution will be automatically applied at checkout when he uses the group code—no reimbursements or collecting payments required.
