The Digital Tailor only takes about two minutes to complete. For self and garment measurements, most customers finish in 10-15 minutes. Our Digital Tailor guides you step by step, and a measuring tape is only required if you choose to self measure or measure a garment.

No. Sartoro is designed to work completely online. Our Digital Tailor guides you through the process to build your Fit Profile without requiring an in-person tailor visit.

Absolutely. Bodies, preferences, and styles change over time. You can update your Fit Profile whenever needed, and future orders will automatically use your latest info.

We recommend each person creates their own account. However, you can create multiple Fit Profiles under your account for family members, wedding parties, or anyone you regularly order for. Simply select the correct profile when placing an order.

No, you must create a Fit Profile online. However, if you've already been professionally measured, you can enter those measurements directly during the process.

Your Fit Profile provides the foundation for every garment type. Each garment is then individually optimized. A suit, dress shirt, tuxedo, and casual jacket are all built using garment-specific patterns while maintaining your preferred overall fit and silhouette.

You're covered by our Fit Promise. If adjustments are needed, we'll reimburse local alterations whenever possible, or remake the garment if necessary. We also offer a first-order return option if you're not completely satisfied.
