Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Sartoro will provide 14 days’ advance notice to account holders or customers with active orders, unless immediate change is required for legal or security reasons.

II. Intellectual Property

All Site content, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned or licensed by Sartoro and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Content except for personal, non-commercial use, unless authorized by Sartoro.

III. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

XI. Dispute Resolution (U.S. Customers)

Arbitration: Binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Florida. Hearings may be remote/virtual by default unless both parties agree otherwise.

Remedies: Arbitrator may award all remedies available in court, including statutory and injunctive relief.

Fees: You pay only the capped consumer filing fee; Sartoro covers remaining fees per AAA Rules unless law requires otherwise.

Class Waiver: Class/representative actions waived except where prohibited. Public injunctive relief may be pursued in court where required.

Opt-out: Opt out within 30 days by emailing legal@sartoro.co.

Small Claims: Either party may use small-claims court in your county.

XII. International Customers

Nothing limits your statutory rights. EU/UK customers may bring claims in their domicile courts. Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) is available on request. EU customers may also use the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

XIII. Governing Law

Florida law governs, subject to mandatory local protections.
