Q : What’s the best way for my clients to get started with Sartoro?
Our free virtual consultations are a great starting point to help us get a feel for each individual client's wants and needs. The email templates are a helpful way to set these up.
Q : How long should my clients order in advance?
The earlier the better, but all orders should be placed a minimum of two months out from the wedding date, allowing for any potential delays or alterations to be carried out well before the big day.
Q : My client can’t find what they’re looking for, what are their options?
Our Sartoro Select service is perfect for those of your clients looking for something extra special for their big day. They’ll have a personal design expert to help them through the entire process.
Q: My client is torn between renting or buying, what’s the best option?
Renting will always be the cheaper option, so if budget is their main driving factor they may lean that way. The lower price does mean much lower quality, poor sizing and a suit that’s been worn by many others before them. Sartoro offers a reasonably priced alternative with premium quality fabrics, impeccable fit and customizations you just won’t get with a rental.
Q: What if my client's suit has fit issues?
We get the fit right first time on more than 80% of orders. The rest are covered by our Free Remake Guarantee - we cover alterations that can be carried out by any local tailor. In the rare event alterations can’t fix an issue, we’ll remake the garment for free until your client is 100% happy.
Q: What can alterations fix?
Think of any alterations as a “second fitting” - something that happens with any custom suit tailoring process. Sartoro suits are made in a way that allows for garments to be made both bigger and smaller and can be carried out by any local tailor.
Q: My clients are on a tight budget, can Sartoro accommodate?
Sartoro already offers custom suiting at much more affordable prices than other brands of the same quality. On top of that, your affiliate discount code reduces this further, with free accessories available for parties too.
Q: Does Sartoro participate in styled shoots?
We do! If you have a shoot coming up or have questions about the process, email us and let us know! Your models can even keep the suit if they want!
Q: My client left things until the last minute, can they still go with Sartoro?
We turn around suits in roughly 3 weeks so we can accommodate last minute orders. Please note that any orders less than 6 weeks from the wedding date are not recommended and we may turn down wedding parties if there is less than one month until the wedding to avoid potential issues outside of our control.
Q: Do you offer accessories as well?
Absolutely! We have shirts, ties and pocket squares to complete any look. We recommend that wedding parties order shirts - a great fitting suit deserves an equally great fitting shirt.
Q: My clients have children, do you offer kids suits?
While we can’t always guarantee to be able to accommodate children, requests for kids suits are processed on a case by case basis.
