Standard shipping is FREE on U.S. and Canadian orders over $250, $30 on smaller orders. Fabric sample books ship free. US Tariffs are covered by Sartoro.

You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Delivery times include production and shipping, and are estimates based on receiving your completed & approved Fit Profile.

Ordering for an event? We recommend ordering well in advance to leave time in case alterations are necessary. At minimum target receiving your garments at least one week prior to the event date.

First-order returns: On your first garment purchase, up to one of each garment type can be returned for a refund by contacting us within 15 days receipt of your garments - limited exceptions apply. Monogrammed garments and custom linings are not eligible for returns. Garments with other additional-cost customizations are eligible for return, but those costs and any initial shipping fees on the order are non-refundable.
