Every package ships in plain, discreet boxes with the sender listed as “TM Shoes.” Carriers: FedEx, USPS, and Amazon Shipping (U.S. 48 states).

Returns & Exchanges: Up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Shoes must be unused, in original condition, with the shoe box and all accessories. Try on carpeted surfaces indoors. A 25% restocking fee applies if the original shoe box has shipping tape, labels, or postage attached — double-box or paper-wrap to avoid this. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return labels provided for U.S. 48 states ($10 flat fee toward exchanges).
