Each style adds between 2 and 5 inches of height, depending on the model. The increase comes from an internal sole build-up that is completely hidden inside the shoe — nobody can tell from the outside.

All orders are fulfilled from our California warehouse. Orders placed before 1 PM PST ship the same day; otherwise, they ship the next business day. U.S. delivery typically takes 3–5 business days with standard shipping. Express and 1-day options are available at checkout.

You have up to 180 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange. Shoes must be unused, in original condition, with the shoe box and all accessories. Try them on carpeted surfaces indoors. A 25% restocking fee applies if the shoe box has shipping tape or labels attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Yes. All CALTO, TOTO, and CALDEN shoes include a 6-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Warranty replacements must be the same style and size.

Absolutely. Every order ships in a plain, unbranded box. The sender appears as “TM Shoes” on the label — no mention of elevator shoes or height increase anywhere on the package.
