Follow These Steps To Request A Remake
Step 1: Take Photos
Take at least three full length photos of yourself in the garments (top button of the jacket fastened if applicable) along with any other photos highlighting the fit issues.
Step 2: Assess Adjustments
Create a list of all the adjustments needed for each specific area of the garment. Follow the format ("AREA" +/-#.#"). For example: Chest +1.5", Midsection -0.75", Jacket Length +2.0", Pants Beltline -2.0", etc)
Step 3: Complete The Form Below

After completing the form, be on the lookout for an email from us - our team will reach out if we have any questions. Remake requests must be received within 15 days of receipt of your order.
Why Do Fit Issues Happen?
Custom made garment making is as much of an art form as it is science. While we strive for perfection every time, fit issues on first orders can happen for a number of reasons. Typically this is due to either personal fit preferences, a unique body shape, or incorrect body measurements / inputs. But no matter what caused the issue, you're covered by our Fit Promise.
What's most important is that you provide a clear description of the issue and accurately quantify the amount of adjustment needed in each area. We'll review this information as well and reach out if we have further questions. Our team will update your Fit Profile and the adjusted measurements will be used on all future orders!
