How far in advance should we order?
What if my groomsmen live out of town?
We serve clients from across the country and around the world. No need to deal with coordinating store visits or fittings. Everything is taken care of online and orders are shipped directly to each person.
How do I get everyone measured?
Creating custom sizes with our Digital Tailor takes less than a minute and is as precise as an in-store fitting, or your wedding party can measure themselves with our video tutorials. Visit the Get Measured page to create your Fit Profile and see how it works.
What happens if I need alterations?
Our Digital Tailor provides industry leading accuracy, but in the rare event part of the garment doesn't fit just right, our Fit Promise has you covered.
You can have any tailor or dry cleaner in your area make the alterations and we'll reimburse for the cost. If alterations are not possible, we'll remake the garment for free.
Do you offer accessories?
Yes. In addition to shirts, we have ties, pocket squares, bowties & more available. Reach out for specifics if you can't find what you're looking for on the site. We offer color matching to the bridesmaids' dresses on ties & pocket squares.
Are discounts available?
Yes. Wedding parties of 5 or more are eligible for group rates depending on the size of the party and what's being ordered. Schedule a free consultation to get your exclusive rate.
Additionally, grooms have the option to cover all or part of the cost for the party.
