My groomsmen are located all over. Is that okay?

Absolutely - we're all online and can serve customers anywhere, in almost any country. There's no need to coordinate group fittings and each person can order individually from any device.

Does everyone have to order the same garments?

Nope! There are no requirements for everyone to order the same thing, so feel free to loop in the father of the groom/bride or anyone else attending your wedding to take advantage of our group rates!

What if the suit doesn't fit?

All orders are backed by our Fit Promise. We reimburse for alterations at your local dry cleaner or tailor, and will even remake the garment if necessary to correct any issues.

How much are group rates?

Our suits start at $469 - group rates depend on the number of people as well as what is being ordered, but typically start at $50 off and go up from there. Our team will be able to give specific numbers on the call.

How far in advance do we need to order?

We ship fast (in as little as one week for rush orders) but we recommend starting the process well in advance with a target of having all the groomsmen place their orders at least two months before the wedding date to allow time for any alterations that may be needed and to account for the procrastinators in the group :-)

I want a unique color or style. Can you help?

Definitely. We offer custom fabric sourcing and expanded customization options to wedding parties. If you're looking for a specific color, our sourcing team will locate options and send you fabric samples. And as everything is made from scratch, we can accommodate just about any customization request!

What are payment options? Can I chip in for my group?

Definitely. We offer pay over time options with Affirm and the groom can pay all or part of the cost on behalf of the groomsmen.
