STEP 2: Submit An Itemized Receipt & Alteration Details
- Alteration reimbursement requests require an itemized receipt. We do not cover dry cleaning.
- You'll also need the specific amounts each area adjusted so your fit profile can be updated.
- Complete the form below and choose cash back or double the cash back amount in store credit.

STEP 1: Email Us Photos & A Description Of The Issues
- Send pictures of you wearing the garment/s (jackets with the top button fastened). We'll need photos from the front, side, rear - and any others that highlight the fit issues. These photos are required.
- Include specifics on how much you would like each area adjusted. For example: chest -1.0", sleeve +0.5", beltline -1.5", thigh +0.75", etc.
- If you need the replacement garment urgently for an event, provide this information in your email. Send the email to team@sartoro.co.
STEP 2: Our Team Will Contact You To Finalize Adjustments
- Our team of experts will review the information and will contact you to finalize all of the necessary adjustments within two business days.
STEP 3: Replacement Garments Will Be Ordered & Shipped
- We'll create a remake order so you can track shipping.
- Replacements follow the same timeline as normal orders. They will be delivered within three weeks of order date. If you need the garments sooner, priority two-week service and rush one-week service is available.
Remake requests must be submitted within 15 days of receipt of your order.
