While our tailors are among the best at their craft, a small percentage (< 5%) of first orders may require alterationsIf that happens, you're covered.

Alteration Reimbursements & Covered Remakes

For your first order of each garment type, our free remake guarantee has you covered. First, we provide an alteration credit to have adjustments made by a local tailorIf alterations can't solve the issue, we'll remake the garment free, provided: 


(1) you used the Digital Tailor to create your custom size

or

(2) we did not follow the measurements you provided.


TIP: unless you feel strongly about self measuring, use the Digital Tailor. We've found that it's far more accurate than most customer self measurements we receive.

For your first order of each garment type, we provide an alteration credit - valid for 50 days from order date. Follow the steps below to have your garments altered and request a reimbursement.


*If alterations won't solve the issue, we'll remake the garment free, provided: 


(1) you used the Digital Tailor to create your size

or

(2) we did not follow the self measurements you provided


Alterations Process

How To Request

An Alteration Credit

1: Have Alterations Made Locally

- Confirm that the garments are able to be adjusted
- Have the tailor note the specific adjustments
- Request an itemized copy of the receipt

2: Submit Alteration Credit Request

- Include order number, delivery date & alterations
- Attach a photo of the itemized receipt
- Select reimbursement (cash or 2x store credit)

Our team will review within 72 hours. Once approved, cash back will appear on your card statement in 5-10 days. Store credit (double the amount) is issued immediately. Requests must be submitted within 50 days of order date to be considered. Requests submitted after 50 days will not be reimbursed.
